Need:

• Curve Group was approached by a G08 University to define, assess and realign academic and professional services within a School Faculty.
• The service provision and partnering culture of professional services within the Faculty needed renewal.
• Curve Group leveraged this opportunity to raise the current level of professional services effectiveness by increasing the levels of collegiality, collaboration, customer service excellence and continuous improvement to enable the Faculty to improve.

What We Did:

• Curve Group consulted with the Professional Services and Academic Leaders and wider professional staff to assess, ideate, validate qualitative and quantitative data.
• We co-designed recommendations with leaders to amplify their voice and ensure the recommendations met their current and future needs.

Outcome:

• Provided recommendations to support the collaboration and agility of the Faculty.
• Advocated for additional resources in challenging FTE circumstances.
