Organisational Change Methodologies and Practice

Need:

  • Curve Group, engaged in the HR transformation and large project agenda of a university who recognised the need to upskill their newly formed HR Centre of Excellence in order to effectively facilitate ongoing, complex change.

What we did:

  • Curve Group designed and delivered a one-day professional development initiative that focused on building change management facilitation capabilities. The program included case studies and current business scenarios to provide practical insights. Participants engaged in activities that tested their change planning, stakeholder management, and practical implementation skills.

Outcome:

  • Participants greatly appreciated the value of the program as they were able to acquire practical skills and useful tools that were highly relevant to their job. They felt confident in their ability to apply these skills immediately, stating, “I knew I would be able to put them to good use straight away.”
