Leadership Development

Need:

  • In a highly collaborative manner, Curve Group sort to advise and support an Australian brand house’s ambitious strategy, to assess, design and build leadership programs for front-line and mid-level leaders.
  • The programs needed to be tailored to accompany the launch of an upcoming leadership framework.

What We Did:

  • Assessed the company’s learning needs to better understand where they are at and how they could be supported.
  • Co-designed with front-line (FLL) and mid-level (MLL) leaders the program principles and outcomes.
  • Built the Ignite (FLL) and Inspire (MLL) programs as a blended learning approach that included peer coaching sessions, on-line learning e-bytes, and a face-to-face and remote workshop.
  • Facilitated successful national pilot.

Outcome:

  • After successfully completing the pilot, the leaders and organisation have a shared understanding and language leadership framework, improved leadership skills, greater collaboration and peer networks across locations, increased comfort with technology for learning and commitment to reflective practice.
