Need:

• Curve group was engaged to design and develop a New Manager Induction Program addressing our clients in the healthcare sector need to quickly upskill and support new managers.

What we did:

• Curve Group led the project, collaborating with client working groups to conduct interviews, reviewed documentation, and utilised feedback reports to develop a 100-day journey map.
• We established a project plan and led the development of eLearn module, journey map, and learning architecture.

Outcome:

• The client has now an established New Manager Induction eLearn module to enhance their managers experience.
• The client is looking to progress this body of work throughout the coming years so that it stays relevant and applies best practice.
