Operating Model this, and Org Design that!
Navigating complex change and new ways of working.
Friday 10th August
Curve Group, will co-host this event with TrustSphere, our partner and global leader in Relationship Analytics plus a select panel of senior People & Culture leaders from a range of organisations. Hear how new concepts such as People Experience mapping & Human Centred Design, and Relationship Analytics are shaping, influencing and ultimately adding to how Operating Model Reviews and Org Design projects are being led and managed. Come and engage with our team of experts as they share their thoughts and stories on current approaches helping their organisations successfully navigate complex change. We will explore analysis, decision making and implementation of changed structures and models of work to meet the demands of business. You’ve asked for new ideas, but don’t worry, we won’t forget the fundamentals to good Org Design, so you will still hear plenty about design principles, decision analysis, matrix models, levels of work, centres of excellence, service centres etc.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
ACMI is easily accessed by a range of transport options:
- 400m from Flinders St Train Station
- On the Number 1,16,3,6,64,67,72,8,5 Tram Routes
- Parking available at Federation Square
- Cab Rank accessible from Flinders Street Station, at Swanston Street
The easiest way to access the Lightwell and the Cube is via Flinders Street, you will see two Curve Group flags to help you identify the Flinders Street entrance.
