Many organisations are being challenged to lead change and transformation activities for business outcomes in a very different working world. A widely adopted and topical approach to managing Change and Transformation initiatives is Agile. In this upcoming Supernova series event, our thought provoking and engaging session will explore current thinking around Agile, and what it aims to achieve beyond its origins as a solutions development and project management methodology. We will get under the processes, principles, culture, skills and technology that define it, and most importantly, how you can support Agile Organisation objectives.
In collaboration with the Melbourne Chapter of the CMI, the session will be led by our Director and Change & Transformation Practice Leader, Chris Nguyen. Chris will share his insights, gained over nearly 20 years of work in Australia and internationally, through a highly interactive and thought provoking session.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
ACMI is easily accessed by a range of transport options:
- 400m from Flinders St Train Station
- On the Number 1, 16, 3, 6, 64, 67, 72, 8, 5 Tram Routes
- Parking available at Federation Square
- Cab Rank accessible from Flinders Street Station, at Swanston Street

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If by chance you can no longer make it you can give your ticket to a colleague or friend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope. We’ll know you’re coming!
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. While we are unable to refund your ticket you are more than welcome to give it to a colleague or friend who may enjoy attending.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Sure is. Just introduce yourself to one of the members of the Curve team when you arrive so we can say hi and connect you with other attendees
How do I get to the venue?
The easiest way to access the Lightwell and the Cube is via Flinders Street, you will see two Curve Group flags to help you identify the Flinders Street entrance.
