Making the time to be mindful

Andy Puddicombe’s Ted Talk, ‘All it takes is 10 mindful minutes’, has a simple yet very effective message about the importance of making the time to be mindful.

We’ve been partnering with a number of clients to help build their organisation’s capability and resilience to navigate through ongoing changes and ambiguity. A key part of this has been about developing employees understanding and everyday skills in mindfulness. If we proactively manage our mindfulness and wellbeing, our ability to respond resiliently to the challenges that change throw at us will be far more effective over a greater period of time.
