Exciting team announcements at Curve Group

Curve Group are delighted to continue to collaborate with so many wonderful clients across numerous strategic people and transformation activities. We have seen exceptional growth and fantastic activity in people, change and culture initiatives over 2019 and we are building our bench-strength and ambitions to do more!

In our 12-year journey, Curve Group’s effectiveness is underpinned by each of our colleague’s skills, expertise and passion. On a personal note, my work engagement and well-being is intrinsically intertwined with those I call ‘colleagues’ and more often ‘friends’. With that, we are pleased to officially introduce you to our growing team, changes at our firm that spark the start of our New Year and continue our journey.

Firstly, we have a new Director. He has worked as a Principal with Curve Group, passionately guiding clients to improve business performance through supporting and enabling people change and managing organisational risk. Dan’s new Director role now brings his over 10 years of people consulting experience, including 8 years in senior roles at KPMG, to the firm. With particular depth in workforce strategic planning, capability development, organisational design and change management, Dan will help to strengthen our core offerings and progress the firm’s growth.

We also have a new Principal. Christie’s journey with Curve Group has seen her lead and manage multiple people and change projects with our major clients and has been instrumental in developing our service offerings in change management, blended learning and functional reviews. An exceptional OD and Change Expert, she will continue to impact the client engagements and firm leadership and her role in the firm will grow.

We also welcome Chris Hughes to the firm as an Associate Director. He has a long history with Curve Group and has led the management and delivery of major initiatives for the firm. A registered psychologist, he brings his passion, humour and experience from over 20 years of management consulting; helping leaders, teams and organisations realise their potential, grow and develop, leading to improved individual and business outcomes. He will lead our Leadership & Learning practice, bringing fresh eyes and expertise to an important service for us.

Last but not least, we welcome back Merav (Amith) Spektor to the Curve Group family as an Associate Senior Consultant. Merav’s journey started with Curve Group in 2013 as a Consultant and she has enjoyed other roles in between but comes back to us at this exciting time. She has led and supported on numerous engagements and is an exceptional designer and project manager.

Thank you for reading this post, and to those who have contributed to our success to date. We will also be sharing with you details of an exciting new approach to engage with you over the coming month.

We will maintain the principles of sharing knowledge and information in engaging and stimulating ways, helping to connect professionals as well as build knowledge and provoke thinking.

Speak soon.

Chris
