Who can believe it, we are already one month in to FY 2013/2014! How are you going with that pesky tax return?? As we look to the year ahead, here is a brief overview of the current projects keeping the Curve team busy this month.
New projects we’re working on include:
- Design of a functional Capability Framework and associated capability development modules for a large government department
- Executive coaching for leadership team members, focused on individual development goals and ‘developing others’, for large government department
- An audit, gap analysis and ‘revamp’ of the Change Management Methodology and design of a detailed change toolkit for a global engineering firm
- Design and development of a Professional Competency Framework and a Technical Competency Framework Methodology Toolkit for an iconic Australian company
Client engagements we continue to deliver this month include:
- The development of a bespoke technical and behavioural finance competency framework at an iconic Australian company
- Planning for a front line leadership program roll-out for a global mining organisation
- Delivery of ‘Leading Self Through Change’ workshops for a major university
- Design of an executive leadership development and team effectiveness program for a large power company
- Delivery of change management capability program, tailored to a unique set of change management tools, for a national not-for-profit organisation
- Developing the service offering and goals of a function, to align with the broader divisional service framework at a major university
