Jill Lever
Director

Jill is a highly experienced HR professional with a track record of supporting organisations through periods of change and transformation. She has worked with major companies in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia Pacific in all stages of the business cycle as an OD leader, executive coach, manager of broad-ranging HR service delivery and as the People and Culture leader on executive teams. Jill is passionate about development of talent and maximizing team performance and has a long-standing interest in flexible work practices, diversity and inclusiveness as drivers of organisational success.

Sarah Mallory
Director Operations / Principal

Sarah is a Principal Consultant at Curve Group, specialising in Change & Transformation. With extensive Organisational Development, Change Management and Learning & Development experience, Sarah is strategic and results driven. Over the past 11 years Sarah has delivered strategic organisational development initiatives, managed multiple integrated change management programs and is an experienced facilitator.


Sarah is our certified Prosci® Change Practitioner and has proven experience in Agile principles, waterfall project principles and the Kotter change model. Sarah’s experience spans both domestic and international markets where she has demonstrated her ability to successfully impact any business transformation activity.

Melissa Brennan-Brown
Principal

Melissa brings over 15 years of industry and consulting experience, working for diverse organisations, spanning government, health, higher education, utilities and professional services. In particular, she brings experience and agility working with organisations undergoing transformation. Melissa has a broad skillset with particular strengths in leadership development, capability development, culture change, change management, and strategic talent management.  Commercially focused and pragmatic, Melissa brings an authentic, engaging client-centered approach. She is constantly looking for fresh ways to partner with organisations to design fit-for-purpose solutions which deliver lasting value.

Sarah Little
Associate

With an MBA and 20 years' experience in corporate and consulting roles, Sarah is an engaging and pragmatic HR professional focused on achieving business results through people. Sarah has a strong FMCG background and broad HR experience gained in Australian, regional and global projects.  She has a particular interest in learning and development, high performance teams, change management and facilitation and is passionate about tailoring solutions that are immediately transferrable to the workplace.

Cass Spong
Associate

Cass is passionate about cultivating effective, sustainable and inspiring organisations that achieve financial and performance success and employee personal engagement, fulfilment and wellbeing. She brings deep expertise in organisational development and significant experience in consulting across the suite of HR, Organisational Development and Transformation areas in large complex organisations. Her global and cross-cultural experience enable insight and a nous for creating value adding interventions.

Phoebe Cohalan
Intern

Phoebe is an Undergraduate at Deakin University who is doing her Internship through Curve Group. Studying Psychological Science with a major in Organisational Studies, she offers a fresh perspective on management styles, employment relations and HR fundamentals, along with an understanding of social behaviour from a psychological viewpoint.

Phoebe is experienced in management/leadership roles whilst working in diverse organisations including non-English speaking and disability focused corporations.

Merav Spektor
Associate Senior Consultant

Merav holds a Masters in Industrial, Work and Organisational Psychology. She is experienced in working with a variety of organisational industries and sizes ranging from private to government, international to boutique. Merav integrates theoretical research with diligent project management to best tailor business solutions to individual clients.

John Chan
Director, Asia

John is a well-rounded and experienced leader with significant experience across HR, Marketing, Manufacturing, Planning and Finance. He brings to his consultancy and coaching assignments a strong expertise in diagnosing organisational issues and implementing strategic improvements.
