Having partnered with the majority of the ASX Top 50, Justine draws on her broad industry exposure and experience as a business leader, psychologist and management consultant to develop people solutions that foster high performance, learning and adaptability. Justine has deep technical expertise in people strategy development, leadership development, talent management, learning & development, team effectiveness and culture change. He works with leaders to enhance their stakeholder engagement and dialogue skills and with teams to harness the diversity of expertise and operational experience and builds organisational capability through executive coaching, individual leadership, team and organisational development interventions.

Melissa is an experienced, passionate and pragmatic organisational development professional, with experience in both internal and external consulting working across a range of industries, including professional services, education, healthcare, logistics and utilities. Through over a decade of experience, Melissa brings a broad range of experience with particular strengths in strategic talent management, learning strategy, design, development, delivery and evaluation, leadership development, change management, employee engagement and culture change. Sarah is a senior consultant with extensive Organisational Development, Change Management and L&D experience who is strategic and results driven. Over the past 10 years Sarah has delivered strategic organisational development initiatives and managed multiple integrated change management programs. With proven experience across 6 industries and experience in both domestic and international markets Sarah has demonstrated her ability to successfully impact any business transformation.
Michelle is a consultant with extensive experience in organisation development. Michelle’s passion centres around creating links between business strategy and the behaviour and performance of people, to drive transformation and performance. Michelle has partnered with senior leadership teams to build the talent and capability they need to execute their business objectives.
Claire has recently completed her Graduate Diploma of Psychology and has developed strong research and analytical skills that she has applied to a number of organisational development projects. Belinda is an experienced organisational development specialist and leadership coach who has consulted within large organisations in Australia, London and New York. Belinda has significant experience in leadership and organisational development, talent management, coaching and mentoring, people strategy and program design and implementation. Jane brings over 20 years local and international Human Resources and business experience and a decade of Executive Coaching to the Curve group. In her career as a Human Resources Executive, Jane has led HR Generalist, Organisation Design and Workforce Strategy functions as well as multi disciplined, complex, People, Culture and Change projects. Jane is an ICF qualified coach and runs coaching and development programs with executive talent across corporate Australia.

A highly effective communicator who quickly builds respect and credibility and possesses a proven ability to facilitate, coach and mentor through change. Kharmayne is a commercially focused, people oriented senior HR professional and executive coach. Lorena has worked for 20 years across the Myer, Coles and Wesfarmers companies. She has a strong grounding in HR, recruitment, training, RTO management and Organisational Design with a sharp retail lens. Lorena’s real passion is in training design, group facilitation and leadership development. She loves working within the customer sales and services based industries and is most at home in front of a training room. Lorena holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
